Change one assumption and follow the chain. A lower take rate reduces revenue and contribution profit, pushes break-even later, increases the funding need, reduces owner cash, and extends payback. A wider state rollout may increase customers, but it also advances legal, capital, payroll, and reporting costs. A financial model, business plan, or planning template is useful only when these connections remain visible and internally consistent.
