Financial Models Lab offers a 30-day support-based refund policy for digital products. Because our templates are downloadable and instantly accessible after purchase, refunds are not automatic. If you experience a technical issue, compatibility problem, or believe the product materially differs from its description, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will first try to help resolve the issue, provide guidance, or offer a suitable replacement. If we are unable to provide a reasonable solution, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
