Used oil management is not just a housekeeping line item. The EPA's used-oil guidance for businesses describes management standards for companies that handle used oil. State and local requirements can be more specific, and coolant, batteries, solvents, filters, and contaminated absorbents may have separate handling rules.
A/C service deserves a separate decision.
