The base scenario produces only about $56,000 of potential owner cash on $1.35 million of revenue. That result is not a contradiction. Capital-intensive class businesses can move substantial revenue while carrying high labor, occupancy, energy, and repair costs. The upside calculation is mathematically correct but may be economically optimistic. It assumes the studio reaches strong utilization, protects price, controls labor, and avoids major shutdowns.
