An integrative medicine clinic is not one standardized business. These are planning ranges, not published national averages. The range widens because scope, ownership law, payer strategy, and local real estate matter more than the label “integrative.” A clinic that sells time-intensive $500 evaluations needs a different patient panel and marketing funnel than a membership practice collecting $175 per month, and both differ from an insurance-heavy office paid under payer fee schedules.
