Review the dashboard by lead source and project type. A designer channel may have a lower close rate but much larger projects; paid search may close faster but produce small one-room orders. A single blended number can hide a profitable niche and an expensive channel.

SBA 7(a) loans can fund working capital, equipment, furniture, supplies, and certain ownership changes; review the current 7(a) program uses and eligibility. A lender will still expect credible assumptions, owner investment, repayment capacity, and documentation.
