The final model should include conservative, base, and upside cases. Change one assumption at a time: inventory turns from 1.8x to 2.8x, gross margin from 36% to 41%, rent from 8% to 12% of sales, rental utilization from 55% to 80%, and online fee drag from 6% to 12% of online revenue. Those sensitivities show where the plan is sturdy and where it depends on hope.
The best decision test is not “Can this store sell instruments?” It is “Can this store turn inventory, service capacity, and local relationships into enough monthly cash flow to pay everyone, replenish stock, reduce debt, and still reward the owner?”
