What this estimate hides is formula breadth. Every extra resin platform, pigment family, container size, and label variant adds raw-material inventory and quality-control work. Here is the operational catch: 9,100 gallons can be easy or difficult depending on batch size. Nine 1,000-gallon campaigns with one chemistry and low changeover burden may be manageable. Forty-five 200-gallon custom-color batches could overwhelm the same team. The upside case is possible on paper but fragile in reality. Product approvals can take months, customers may require field trials, and a new brand may need extended terms.
