The model should also protect the brand's legal position. A distinctive brand name and logo can become a valuable asset, while character art and licensed properties can create obligations. Legal and licensing costs should be modeled before revenue from branded or third-party characters is treated as available owner profit.
How Should the Launch and Funding Plan Be Sequenced?

Funding should match asset life and cash timing. Equity is useful for early design risk and losses during ramp-up. Equipment and durable build-out can fit term debt. Inventory and receivables are better matched with a revolving line when available.
