12-Month Rolling Forecast Excel Dashboard
Keep the next 12 months of revenue, profit and cash in view. The 12-Month Rolling Forecast Excel Dashboard brings your actual results, operating assumptions, monthly P&L and cash forecast into one editable workbook.
Select the latest closed month directly on the dashboard. The forecast moves forward to the next 12 months, and the KPI cards and charts recalculate from your data. Use it for monthly planning, management reviews and conversations with founders, finance teams and fractional CFO clients.
What the dashboard shows
- Four KPI cards: total forecast revenue, EBITDA, net income and ending cash for the rolling 12-month period, with margin and cash context.
- Revenue and cost of sales: see the monthly revenue plan alongside COGS.
- EBITDA and net income: follow operating profitability and the bottom line over the next 12 months.
- Cash balance and minimum: compare projected cash with the minimum cash balance you set.
- Cash flow components: see operating cash flow, capital expenditure and net financing by month.
